Customers take full liability for all return shipment costs, customs charges and handling fees should they refuse to accept a parcel due to import duties or taxes.
Return
Hassle-Free Return service is available. Our return service lasts 14 days from delivery date. If it is due to a TheCottagecore fault, the shipping fee of return will be borne by us. Otherwise, customers need to pay for the shipping fee to send it back.
